PART A — TERMS APPLICABLE TO EVERY ORDER
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to all template invitations, custom invitations, Blueprint services, add-ons and related digital services offered by Shagna Invites.
The Terms accepted when an order is placed apply to that order. Any additional scope, pricing or delivery commitments agreed in writing form part of the applicable order.
2. Prices, GST and Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise in writing.
The price of each invitation is shown on its product page. Selected add-ons and separately quoted work are charged in addition to the base price. We confirm the final price in writing before payment.
Payment is made through a secure payment link provided by Shagna Invites. A GST invoice is issued in accordance with applicable law.
Template orders require 100% advance payment. Custom orders require a 50% advance and a 50% balance payment according to Part C.
Work on a template order may begin immediately after full payment. Custom production begins only after the customer accepts the written quotation and the required 50% advance has been received.
Submitting an enquiry, completing an order form or discussing requirements does not by itself commence production.
3. Optional Add-ons
The following add-ons are available where supported by the selected invitation:
- Guest personalisation: ₹99 per set of up to 50 guests, or part of a set. For example, 60 guests require two sets. Where supported, up to five guest groups can see only the events assigned to them.
- Guest groups without guest names: ₹99 flat, where supported, for up to five groups.
- Custom music supplied by the customer: ₹199. The customer provides the audio file and is responsible for having the necessary usage rights.
- Custom AI-generated music: ₹199, including up to three AI-generated variations, from which the customer selects one. Additional variations may incur extra charges, communicated to and approved by the customer before work begins.
- Additional event scene: ₹149, where supported by the selected template.
- QR code: ₹99.
- Express delivery: An additional 15% of the order total, subject to availability and written confirmation.
An invitation without guest names or groups is generic and has no additional charge for these features.
Additional events, pages, sections, languages, animations, artwork or functionality not included in the selected package may be offered as paid add-ons or separately quoted work. Availability and price will be confirmed before the additional work begins.
An additional event may be charged at the listed add-on price where the existing template supports it. If a new layout, substantial redesign or additional functionality is required, we will provide a separate quotation.
4. Delivery Time
Normal delivery generally takes 3–10 days. This is an indicative timeframe, not a guarantee that every invitation will be completed within three days.
Straightforward orders, such as changing names on an existing template without other design changes, may be completed sooner. More involved personalisation and custom projects may require additional time.
The applicable estimated delivery timeframe will be confirmed when the order is accepted and work begins.
The delivery timeline starts when the applicable payment has been received and we have all necessary completed forms, photographs, content and other materials. Missing, unclear or late content, customer-requested changes and delayed approvals may extend the timeline.
If your event is less than 10 days away, select express delivery or inform us before ordering. Express delivery is subject to availability and written confirmation. Otherwise, delivery within that timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
5. Your Details Are Final
You confirm that all information supplied by you, including names and spellings, dates, times, venues, map links, phone numbers, verses, text and photographs, is complete and accurate.
We may contact you to clarify missing or inconsistent details before or during production.
Checking spelling and factual details is your responsibility. Approving the preview means you approve the details shown in it.
Errors introduced by Shagna Invites, including incorrect typing compared with the information you supplied or design faults, will be corrected without additional charge.
Changes to information supplied by you, or new requirements introduced after work begins, are treated as revisions or scope changes, as applicable.
6. Preview, Approval and Changes
Previews may be shared as screen recordings, screenshots, low-resolution images or watermarked versions.
Template orders include one preview and two rounds of minor revisions within the selected template. Custom orders include two revision rounds within the agreed scope, as described in Part C.
Send all corrections together in one message. One consolidated message counts as one revision round.
Replying “APPROVED” on WhatsApp or email constitutes final approval. We retain the approval message and timestamp as our record.
Corrections to errors introduced by Shagna Invites are not counted as customer revision rounds and will be made without charge.
Additional minor revision rounds cost ₹149 each. Larger changes, new requirements and changes outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
Changes requested after final delivery are charged on the same basis unless the change is required to remedy an error or deficiency for which Shagna Invites is responsible.
If you do not respond to a preview within seven days, we may pause your order. After 30 days without a response, we may close the order. Any payment or refund due will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Delivery and Hosting
All products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no physical delivery charges.
A website invitation is delivered as a private web link. It is not listed in search engines, but anyone with the link can access it. Share the link carefully.
A video invitation is delivered as a downloadable video file or link. Once delivered, the video file is yours to keep and share. We do not host or store it for you after delivery, and download links may expire. Please download and save it promptly.
Personalised guest-name video invitations are the exception: they may be delivered through links hosted by Shagna Invites.
Your website invitation and any hosted guest-name video links remain online for 30 days after your last event date, at no extra cost. After this period, they may be removed without further notice.
Extended hosting after this period is available on request for ₹200 per month. This charge covers hosting only.
Using your own domain name is not part of the standard service. If you request it, contact us to confirm availability. Where agreed, it is a separate chargeable service, with the price quoted before work begins. You buy and renew the domain yourself through a domain provider, and we can then connect it to your invitation.
We cannot control WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps, guests’ devices, internet connections or third-party platform outages.
Delivery is considered complete when the agreed file or link has been sent to the contact details provided in your order. If a delivered file or link does not open because of a technical issue attributable to Shagna Invites, inform us and we will address the issue without additional charge.
8. Your Content, Music and Likeness
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all photographs, text, verses and music supplied to us. You also confirm that people appearing in supplied photographs have agreed to their images being used in your invitation.
We may crop, adjust or enhance photographs to fit the design. Text that does not fit the agreed layout may need to be shortened in consultation with you.
Scripture and verses are used exactly as supplied. We do not translate or correct scripture.
Custom music supplied by the customer: You provide the audio file, and we fit it to your invitation. We do not source songs. You are responsible for the usage rights of any song you provide. We may replace music if a copyright issue arises.
AI-generated looks: Illustrated, 3D or edited portraits are artistic interpretations. We work from your photographs and appearance preferences, but an exact likeness cannot be guaranteed. Regenerations are limited to the number included in your package or quotation.
9. Our Work and Credit
Templates, designs, code, animations and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of Shagna Invites unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use your finished invitation for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute or claim ownership of our underlying templates, code or reusable design assets.
“Designed by Shagna Invites” remains in the footer or final card of your invitation where included in the design.
Unless you decline this permission in the order form, we may display your completed invitation in our portfolio and on social media. Names can be removed on request where reasonably possible.
Blueprint visuals remain the property of Shagna Invites and may not be copied, used or supplied to another person to build.
10. Guest Information and Privacy
Guest names, group numbers and phone numbers are used to create guest links and related invitation features.
We do not sell guest information. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to share your guests’ details with us.
Information and files provided by you are retained for the period needed to complete the agreed work and for any further period required by law or legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Invoices and payment records are retained as required by law.
11. RSVP
RSVP responses are sent to the WhatsApp number you provide.
Automatic RSVP tracking, spreadsheets or other RSVP management features are not included unless expressly stated on the product page or in the written quotation.
12. Limits of Liability
We take reasonable care when creating every invitation but are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the customer, customer approval of incorrect details, or events outside our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, platform changes and natural events.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to applicable law, our total liability for a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
13. Date, Venue or Family-Detail Changes
Changes to your event date, venue, family details or other key information after preview approval count as a revision under Section 6 and may affect delivery time or cost.
If you postpone your event, the 30-day hosting period will move to the new date only if you inform us in writing before the original hosting period ends and we confirm the change.
14. Changes to Prices, Offers and These Terms
We may change our prices, offers, add-ons, features, delivery estimates and these Terms from time to time.
An order already accepted and paid for follows the price, scope and Terms confirmed at the time of the order, subject to any changes mutually agreed in writing.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or forums having jurisdiction under applicable law.
PART B — TEMPLATE ORDERS
This part applies to website invitations, video invitations and e-cards selected from our catalogue.
16. What You Get
The selected template is customised only with the items specified on its product page, order form and any written confirmation.
One generic invitation link, suitable for sharing with everyone, is included unless the product description states otherwise.
Guest names and guest groups are charged as described in Section 3.
New designs, sections, animations, pages, languages, events or functionality are not included unless expressly listed in the package or separately agreed.
17. Payment and Commencement
Template orders require 100% advance payment of the product price plus selected add-ons.
Customers should review the product description, features, price and requirements before paying. Once payment is received, work may begin immediately, including personalisation, preparation of assets and configuration.
Submitting an enquiry or completing a form does not by itself commence production.
18. Guest-List Edits After Delivery
The first 10 guest-name edits after delivery are free. Thereafter, each additional set of up to 50 guests costs ₹99.
19. AI-Generated, Illustrated or 3D Portrait Approval
Where included in the selected package, we provide one test render showing the chosen look, including attire, colours, background and props. One redo is included.
Once approved, the look is locked. Changes to a locked look are charged at ₹300 per additional visual, unless a different price is agreed in writing.
Simple photograph enhancement, such as cropping, brightness adjustment or background clean-up, does not require separate approval and is shown in the preview.
20. Included Template Revisions
Two revision rounds within the selected template are included.
Round 1: Up to 10 minor edits submitted in one consolidated message. Each edit may be one line of text, one spelling correction, one photograph swap or one small colour change. Minor adjustments to existing content or included features may be accommodated where supported by the template.
Round 2: A checking round covering any Round 1 corrections not completed as requested, plus up to five additional minor edits within the original scope.
The following are not included in the two revision rounds:
- Switching to another template or design direction.
- Adding a new event, page, section, language, animation or feature not included in the package.
- Creating new scenes, characters, illustrations or artwork.
- Substantial layout or functionality changes.
- Replacing the agreed design with a substantially different concept.
An additional event may be offered as a paid add-on where the existing template supports it. Events requiring a new layout or functionality will be quoted separately.
Additional minor revision rounds cost ₹149 each. Larger changes will be quoted separately.
21. Template Cancellation and Refunds
Template orders require full payment before production. Customers can review the catalogue, ask questions and decide whether to proceed before paying.
Once payment is received, work may begin immediately. Refunds are not offered for a change of mind, change of preference or customer cancellation once work has commenced.
If a payment is duplicated or collected in error, the excess amount will be refunded. If Shagna Invites cannot deliver the agreed service or the service has a material deficiency, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
PART C — CUSTOM ORDERS
This part applies to invitations designed specifically for the customer rather than selected as a ready-made catalogue template.
22. Step 1 — Requirements and Written Quotation
The customer provides requirements through the order form and any subsequent discussion.
Submitting the form, discussing requirements or supplying information does not commence production.
Before production, Shagna Invites prepares a written brief and quotation setting out the agreed requirements, deliverables, price, estimated timeline, payment milestones, included revisions and exclusions.
No custom concepts, mood boards or visual directions are shared free of charge before the required payment. Customers who wish to compare preliminary visual directions may purchase the optional Blueprint service below.
23. Step 2 — Optional Blueprint
The Blueprint is a separate, paid preliminary design-direction service. It is not the completed invitation and does not itself commit the customer to the full custom project.
- Two preliminary visual directions: ₹500.
- One visual direction, where requested separately: ₹300.
- Each additional visual direction beyond the two included in the ₹500 Blueprint: ₹300.
For a website, each Blueprint direction may show the colour palette, font styles with sample text, page sections and layout, such as the hero, our story, gallery and event cards, and the overall concept as a mood board or character board.
Images and content in a Blueprint are placeholders. Final photographs and artwork are added when the full build begins.
The Blueprint establishes the design direction. The final build follows the selected direction as closely as reasonably possible. Minor differences in spacing, fonts, effects, animation and screen-size adaptation are normal.
Blueprint credit period
If the customer accepts the full custom project and proceeds within seven days of receiving the Blueprint, the initial ₹500 Blueprint fee is credited against the agreed project price.
If the customer does not proceed within seven days, the Blueprint fee is non-refundable and is not credited towards a future project.
Additional visual directions charged at ₹300 each are non-refundable and are not credited or adjusted against the full project price, even if the customer proceeds.
The Blueprint is a separate paid service. It does not count as commencement of full custom production.
24. Step 3 — Custom Project Payment and Commencement
Customers may proceed directly to the custom project without purchasing a Blueprint.
In that case, Shagna Invites prepares the written brief and quotation without sharing preliminary concepts or visual directions. Production begins only after the customer accepts the quotation and pays the required 50% advance.
The agreed payment schedule is:
- 50% advance to commence production.
- 50% balance when the first preview is shared in low-resolution or watermarked form.
The Blueprint stage, where purchased, is separate from production commencement. The 50% production advance is required to begin the full custom build.
Final invitation files or links are released after the agreed revision process, approval and receipt of all outstanding payments.
25. Custom Revision Limits and Scope Changes
Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed project scope are included after the first preview and payment of the outstanding balance.
Round 1: One consolidated set of reasonable adjustments to the approved direction. These may include layout, colours, typography, spacing, section arrangement, animation timing and existing content, provided the requests remain within the agreed brief and quotation.
Round 2: Corrections to Round 1 that were not implemented as requested, plus one consolidated set of minor refinements within the same approved direction.
The following are scope changes and are not included in the two revision rounds:
- Replacing the selected Blueprint direction or approved brief with a fundamentally different concept.
- Requesting entirely new concepts or multiple competing directions during production.
- Adding new pages, sections, events, languages, artwork, animations or functionality beyond the quotation.
- Substantially changing the original requirements after production begins.
- Requests that require a new design, substantial redevelopment or significant additional production work.
Such requests will be assessed and quoted separately before additional work proceeds. Additional minor revision rounds cost ₹149 each where applicable; substantial changes are separately quoted.
26. Custom Order Cancellation and Refunds
Once the customer has accepted the quotation, paid the 50% advance and production has commenced, the advance is non-refundable for a change of mind, customer cancellation or change of preference.
The same principle applies to the balance paid under the agreed payment schedule. Refunds are not offered simply because the customer changes their mind after production has commenced.
This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law, including where Shagna Invites fails to deliver the agreed service, delivers materially deficient work or otherwise becomes liable to provide a refund or other remedy.
27. Project Discontinuation
Shagna Invites may suspend or discontinue a project where continued work becomes impracticable, including abusive communication, repeated demands outside the agreed scope or a material failure to cooperate with the agreed process.
Where a project is discontinued, Shagna Invites will assess the work completed, deliverables provided and applicable non-recoverable costs. Any refund or amount due will be determined fairly in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
This clause does not limit any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
PART D — REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND DIGITAL DELIVERY
28. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our products are made to order and customised to the customer’s requirements. Customers should review the product description, scope, price and these Terms before paying.
A change of mind, change of preference or cancellation after production has commenced does not by itself create a right to a refund.
The applicable rules are:
- Template orders: Full payment in advance; work may begin immediately after payment. No refund for a change of mind or cancellation once work has commenced.
- Custom orders: 50% advance to commence production and 50% at the first preview. The advance is non-refundable for a change of mind or cancellation after production has commenced.
- Blueprints: The initial ₹500 fee is credited only if the customer proceeds with the full project within seven days of receiving the Blueprint. Additional visual directions at ₹300 each are not credited.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Excess amounts will be refunded.
- Failure to deliver or material service deficiencies: Appropriate remedies, including refunds where required, will be provided in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
29. How to Request a Refund or Report a Problem

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to the payment provider’s processing time and applicable law.
30. Digital Delivery Policy
All our products are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no physical delivery charges.
Your invitation is sent to the WhatsApp number or email address provided on the order form. Please check that both are correct and check your spam folder if an expected email does not arrive.
Delivery formats are as follows:
- A website invitation is delivered as a private web link.
- A video invitation is delivered as a downloadable video file or link.
- An e-card is delivered as a file or link.
The indicative normal delivery period is 3–10 days from receipt of the required payment, completed form and all necessary content. The actual timeline depends on the scope of work and timely customer responses.
If a delivered file or link does not open because of a technical problem attributable to Shagna Invites, tell us and we will address the issue without additional charge.
Website invitations and hosted guest-name video links remain online for 30 days after your last event date. Extended hosting is available at ₹200 per month, covering hosting only. Video invitations are delivered as files; once delivered, the file is yours, and we do not host or store it after delivery. Please download and save it promptly.
PART E — CUSTOMER DECLARATION
By submitting your order, you confirm that:
- You have provided all details correctly and understand that you are responsible for checking all spellings, names, dates, times, venues, links, verses and text before approving the preview.
- You understand the scope of the selected template or custom quotation, including included features, add-ons, payment schedule, estimated delivery timeframe and revision limits.
- You understand that submitting a form or discussing requirements does not commence production.
- You understand that template orders require full advance payment and that custom production begins after acceptance of the quotation and payment of the 50% advance.
- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Shagna Invites, a trading name of Aurora Enterprises, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.By ticking the agreement box on the order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted the version of these Terms displayed at the time of your order.
